Luxury Dining in Moscow

I have to write an article on luxury restaurants in Moscow and am really struggling, as Moscow doesn't do PR and the exclusive places like to keep themselves exclusive. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Obviously, money is no object.

Thanks but I meant Moscow, Russia. Probably not going there now as it is not very open to press trips but I could be wrong.
