Sure, if you aren't worried about your job, your stock portfolio, or the value of your home--as many people are.
On the brighter side, I recently asked several other travel Web publishers how things are going, and most are reporting that March is looking noticeably better than January and February were. Wy wife and I have seen a sharp uptick in traffic, ad CPMs, and affiliate bookings on our own site over the past month or so. I think that, after a while, people simply adjust to the new reality (whether it's a dip in the economy, bombings, airline terrorist attacks, or something else) and get on with life unless they've been affected directly by events. (Air travel fell dramatically after 9/11, for example, but it was way up again by the summer travel season.)
